Regarding meetings that occur at Butterworth Center & Deere-Wiman House, MVQG members are not to arrive earlier than the scheduled start time and must adhere to parking as outlined in the linked map. Also, due to Butterworth staffing, if attendees think a meeting may run shorter than originally scheduled, please inform Butterworth staff prior to the meeting so they can schedule staff accordingly.
When we attend meetings outside the General Meeting location, we are all representatives of the Mississippi Valley Quilters Guild, so let's be professional, courteous and gracious towards the venues who host our meetings.
